*Your guaranteed rates, points and fees are void if you change loan amount, down payment, loan program, property type, or other terms or if you desire to purchase a home despite an unsatisfactory appraisal or title search. To qualify for this guarantee, you must submit accurate and complete upfront approval information online and any supporting financial documents. Upfront approval is subject to satisfactory review of property, financial documents, program requirements and no change in financial condition. You must be prepared to close before the expiration of your rate lock-period. Mortgage Trading Group is not responsible for sellers' or third party delays beyond our control. This guarantee is for purchase loans only.
**You must deliver the purchase contract to Mortgage Trading Group within the earlier of 30 days from Lock N' Look issuance or 5 days of signing a purchase contract, at which point rate lock extends for 45 additional days to close.
Rapid Response Guarantee Details
Mortgage Trading Group is not responsible for third-party system issues that prevent or delay an answer to your Rapid Response request (such as delays in e-mail delivery caused by your internet service provider or temporary disruption of AT&T or your telephone system). To qualify for this guarantee, you must enter accurate contact information (phone or e-mail). For Rapid Response by phone, you must be available at the phone number you provide during the one hour period or at the time of the requested callback, if later. Maximum $250 Service Level Guarantee credit per loan.
Application Answers Guarantee Details
Mortgage Trading Group is not responsible for third-party system issues that prevent or delay an answer to your application (such as malfunctioning telephone systems, computer equipment or software, network connections, or failed, incomplete or delayed data transmissions). To qualify for this guarantee, you must submit accurate and complete pre-approval or application information online and be available at the contact number you provide. Our Home Loan Experts will contact you within one hour to review your application and request any additional information necessary to make a decision. This guarantee is for purchase loans only. For borrowers who need more than 10 days to complete their purchase transaction, we guarantee to close on your requested date (Pick-A-Day Close). 10-Day Close and Pick-A-Day Close are from receipt of completed application and supporting documents.
